ser's younger age and the aging of driving test candidates, the number of users who use mobile apps to easily test themselves will continue to increase. Among these people, more than seventy percent of smartphone users use the Android system. Every year, a considerable number of mobile users are interested in "driving test software". However, the driving test software currently available on the market is complex in functionality and cumbersome in operation, with shortcomings in user experience. Drawing on the above content, this paper details the design and implementation process of a driving test software based on the Android system. The software combines the market prospects with a simple interface and convenient operation as the design concept, without compromising the necessity of driving test content, designing a highly practical application software from both user experience and software functionality aspects. The paper focuses on analyzing user needs and software functions from the perspectives of software design goals, structure, and processes. The software includes chapter practice, random practice, simulated exams, and wrong question collection functions, which not only meet the basic needs of users but also do not add unnecessary menus.keywords: Android; database; application software; driving test.
