with the Internet boom, information management has been pushed to the forefront of the times. Information management is receiving more and more attention from people. With the vigorous development of China's hotel industry, manual management alone is becoming more and more difficult and ineffective, which has led to the discovery of using management information systems as the main tool for scientifically managing hotels. A hotel management system can provide hotel guests with a more convenient operation experience in this rapidly developing society, offering one-stop services for travel accommodation and a better experience; it can also improve work efficiency, reduce labor costs, simplify the process of quality service, enhance service quality, achieve the most reasonable allocation of resources according to the current situation, increase profits, and help management have a comprehensive understanding of the operation status. This system is based on the SSM framework, which is an integration framework based on SpringMVC, Spring, and Mybatis, with good performance and rapid development efficiency. Front-end technologies such as jQuery and layui are used to build the front-end pages, all of which are implemented based on the Eclipse development tool. The system consists of two parts: user front-end display and back-end information management. The user front-end display is mainly for users, including hotel introductions, announcement information, room booking and check-out services, and an online message module. The back-end information management is mainly for system administrators, including hotel room management, user information management, room type management, message management, and turnover statistics modules.
