基于SSM的个性化点餐配送系统的设计与实现

The wide application of the Internet system platform has changed people's ways of life and improved their quality of life. By using online systems, people can conveniently and efficiently obtain information and perform online operations. The popularity of online ordering systems allows people to experience the convenience of ordering food without leaving their homes. The convenience of information exchange through online platforms enables communication among businesses, customers, and delivery drivers. With the help of an online ordering system, businesses can add menu items, accept online orders and payments, and assign delivery drivers for orders. As the competition in the restaurant industry becomes increasingly fierce, traditional offline business models can no longer meet the needs of many restaurants. Online platforms not only broaden the channels for business operations but also attract more potential customers to traditional restaurant stores. Considering the current development status of the restaurant industry, this paper constructs a ordering and delivery system platform using the SSM framework. By incorporating the main user roles, including customers, businesses, delivery drivers, and system administrators, and utilizing JSP technology, the system achieves information sharing between the front-end and back-end, as well as dynamic page content presentation. With the development of the ordering and delivery system, modules such as menu information management, customer order management, and business delivery management are successfully implemented. By establishing the ordering and delivery system platform, a series of services from menu management to terminal delivery are provided. The development trend of online ordering systems is also taken into consideration, aiming to optimize the efficiency of ordering and meet the dining needs of more users.
