摘
要:为对不同类型的海上油气生产设备进行检验和维修决策,引入可针对维修资源进行优化配直、以可靠性为
中心的维修
(RCM)
技术.该技术的一个重要特征就是采用故障模式与影响分析
(FMEA)
方法对故障模式做优先级的
排序,在
FMEA
中,引入煽权理论计算客观权重,强化了指标对各故障模式的贡献程度,弱化了指标间的相似性,
更好地体现出各指标的相对重要性,同时采用模糊数理论计算模糊风险排序数-最后针对主要的故障模式提出维修
决策,优化了资源自己直,从而实现海上油气生产装置设备的有效管理

Abstract: For the decision-making conceming inspection and maintenance
of
different types
of
offshore oil and gas
production facilities. reliability centered maintenance (RCM) technique. which can optimize the maintenance re-
sources
, was applied in this analysis. A typical RCM analysis is to obtain the precedence order
of
failure modes based
on
臼
ilure
mode and effects analysis (FMEA) method.
By
introducing the entropy theory to calculate the objective
weights. the FMEA increased the contribution
of
the factors to each failure mode , reduced the similarity
of
the fac-
tors. and reflected the relative importance
of
each factor. In the mean time. the fuzzy risk ranking number was calcu-
lated according to fuzzy number theory. Finally
, maintenance policy was made due to the primary failure mode. As a
result. the
