Abstract: This undergraduate thesis focuses on the design of a digital frequency counter based on a single-chip microcomputer. The design was completed by a student at Dalian Ocean University, with guidance from XXX as the advisor and XXX as the co-advisor. The design is related to the field of XXX, and is part of the curriculum at Dalian Ocean University.
In this thesis, the principle and application background of the frequency counter are first introduced, followed by a detailed explanation of the hardware structure and software algorithm of the design. Through experimental verification, it is shown that the digital frequency counter has high accuracy and stability, and can meet the practical application requirements.
