With the rapid development of the global economy, Chinese enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition in the market. In order to improve their competitiveness, it is essential for enterprises to enhance their learning ability. The research on the strategies of improving the learning ability of China's enterprises aims to explore effective methods for enterprises to continuously learn and adapt to the changing environment. Through a thorough analysis of the current situation of Chinese enterprises and a review of relevant literature, this study identifies key factors that affect the learning ability of enterprises and proposes practical strategies for improvement. The research process involves conducting interviews with managers and employees of several Chinese enterprises to understand their current learning practices and challenges. Data collected from these interviews are analyzed using qualitative research methods to identify common patterns and themes. The research results reveal that factors such as leadership support, organizational culture, and learning mechanisms play a significant role in enhancing the learning ability of enterprises. Based on these findings, the study provides recommendations for enterprises to develop learning strategies, establish a learning culture, and implement effective learning mechanisms. In conclusion, this research provides valuable insights into the strategies of improving the learning ability of China's enterprises. By implementing the recommendations proposed in this study, enterprises can enhance their competitiveness and achieve sustainable growth in the dynamic business environment. This research contributes to the existing literature on organizational learning and provides practical guidance for managers and decision-makers in Chinese enterprises.
