基于非负矩阵分解结合非下采样剪切波变换的遥感图像融合

摘要:
遥感图像融合是将多源遥感图像信息有机地结合起来,获得更多、更完整的地面信息的一种技术。本文提出了一种基于非负矩阵分解结合非下采样剪切波变换的遥感图像融合方法,利用非负矩阵分解将多源遥感图像分解为基础和稀疏部分,再将基础部分通过非下采样剪切波变换进行分解,得到低频和高频信息,最后将低频信息和稀疏部分相加得到融合图像。实验结果表明,该方法在融合效果和保留图像信息方面具有较好的表现。

Abstract:
Remote sensing image fusion is a technology that organically combines multi-source remote sensing image information to obtain more complete ground information. In this paper, a remote sensing image fusion method based on non-negative matrix decomposition combined with non-subsampled shearlet transform is proposed. The non-negative matrix decomposition is used to decompose multiple remote sensing images into basic and sparse parts, and then the basic part is decomposed by non-subsampled shearlet transform to obtain low-frequency and high-frequency information. Finally, the low-frequency information and sparse part are added to obtain the fusion image. The experimental results show that the proposed method has good performance in fusion effect and preservation of image information.
