Based on CFD simulation, the distribution of temperature field and wind velocity field in the drying room was analyzed. The results show that placing the circulation return device on one side far from the air inlet and outlet, with a design of "hook-like" overall structure, can more effectively guide the direction of hot air flow, reduce heat loss, improve drying rate, and verify the accuracy of numerical simulation method and parameter settings.
