电梯控制系统设计:基于PLC和变频器,提升效率和安全性

Especially in high-rise buildings, elevators are indispensable vertical transportation equipment. The traditional relay elevator control system, due to the mechanical and electromagnetic inertia of relays themselves, greatly reduces the reliability and safety of the elevator system. In order to ensure the efficient, energy-saving, and safe operation of elevators, it is necessary to improve the elevator control method. The programmable logic controller (PLC) developed based on the needs of sequence logic control is a digital electronic device designed specifically for industrial environment applications. PLC has fast processing speed, high reliability, and can ensure the normal, safe, and reliable operation of elevators. At the same time, with the development of AC motor frequency conversion technology, the traction mode of elevators has gradually transitioned from DC speed regulation to frequency conversion speed regulation. This not only can meet passengers' comfort and ensure smooth accuracy, but also can reduce energy consumption, save energy, and reduce operating costs. This paper applies the frequency conversion speed control method based on PLC to the elevator system and conducts a study on this method. In conclusion, the application of PLC and frequency converter in the elevator control system not only improves the efficiency, energy-saving, and safety of elevator operation, but also reduces operating costs and contributes to sustainable development.
