In modern industrial and agricultural production, not only is a more precise and stable liquid level control system required, but also a higher degree of automation and cost-effectiveness. The liquid level control system based on single-chip microcomputer has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, stable and reliable performance, low energy consumption, and long service life. By combining science with liquid level measurement, it can achieve rational allocation of resources and reduce energy consumption. Ultrasonic waves can propagate in different media, with strong directionality, long propagation distance, slow energy consumption, and produce reflection when encountering obstacles, forming a reflected echo. Therefore, ultrasonic waves are often used for distance measurement. This design uses an ultrasonic module to measure the height of the liquid level and transmit the data to the AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer. After processing the data information, the single-chip microcomputer determines whether to turn on the water pump to achieve the basic control function of the water level.
