"智能化数据采集系统设计与实现:基于串口和单片机的温度采集"
本文主要介绍了一种集合现代数据采集理论、方法和Java图形用户界面的智能化数据采集系统。该系统能够为图形个性化学习提供灵活、方便、科学、公平的个别化数据采集服务,并且允许用户在任何时间和地点进行各种题型的数据采集。特别地,文中重点介绍了串口数据的温度采集实现动态曲线的方法。在现代社会中,随着生活和工作节奏的加快,传统的手工数据收集已经不再满足社会的需求,而串口程序的出现则很好地解决了这个问题。通过使用一个串口和相应的程序,可以对数据进行采集、整理和分析,既节约了成本,又提高了数据的有效性,并减少了错误的出现。 在该系统中,作者利用DSl8B20数字温度传感器和Atmel公司的AT89S51单片机作为控制核心,设计成智能温度采集模块,用于采集环境温度。采集到的数据通过串口传送给计算机,再利用虚拟仪器技术,并借助LabVlEW软件编写相应的上位机软件,实现对采集模块的温度采集控制、串口数据传输、数据处理和显示等功能。 关键字: 数据采集系统,温度传感器,单片机,串口通信 In this paper, a smart data acquisition system that combines modern data acquisition theory, methods, and Java graphical user interface is discussed. The system provides flexible, convenient, scientific, and fair individualized data acquisition services for graph-based personalized learning, allowing users to perform data acquisition for various question types at any time and place. Specifically, the paper focuses on the implementation of dynamic curve generation for temperature data acquired through serial ports. With the rapid pace of modern society, manual data collection can no longer meet the needs of the community. However, the emergence of serial port programs has effectively solved this problem. By using a serial port and the corresponding program, data can be collected, organized, and analyzed, which not only saves costs but also enhances data accuracy. In this system, the author uses the DSl8B20 digital temperature sensor and the Atmel AT89S51 microcontroller as the control core to design an intelligent temperature acquisition module for collecting ambient temperature. The acquired data is then transmitted to the computer through the serial port. The author leverages virtual instrument technology and LabVlEW software to develop the corresponding upper computer software for controlling the temperature acquisition module, serial port data transmission, data processing, and display.
