"解决中山“壹加壹”超市物流配送问题的对策探析"

Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand of consumers is increasing, leading to the rise of various chain supermarkets. The role of logistics and distribution in the operation of chain supermarkets is becoming increasingly prominent. However, along with this development, logistics and distribution problems have also become more apparent. This article takes the "YijiaYi" supermarket in Zhongshan as the research object, analyzes the current logistics and distribution situation of the "YijiaYi" supermarket in Zhongshan, and identifies the existing distribution problems. Furthermore, it proposes some reasonable improvement measures. Current problems in logistics and distribution at "YijiaYi" supermarket in Zhongshan include: incomplete distribution centers and high fixed costs; a single distribution mode leading to low efficiency; a lack of understanding of logistics and distribution, and a shortage of professional management talents; a basic exploration stage of information technology usage in distribution, with weak application of information technology in facilities and equipment. In response to these issues, this article analyzes and suggests the following recommendations and measures: optimize the location and operation of distribution centers using scientific methods to reduce unnecessary expenses; create a variety of combined distribution modes to improve distribution efficiency; introduce professional talents and conduct regular training; draw on the experience of predecessors and rationally introduce high-tech facilities and equipment.
