As the development of the Internet continues to advance, web applications are becoming increasingly prevalent. Currently, Guangdong Neusoft College is still using paper-based methods for registering and tracking teacher performance evaluations, which greatly increases the workload for management and lacks accuracy and efficiency. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a web-based system to manage and track teacher performance evaluations. This project aims to develop and design such a system. The roles in this system are primarily divided into directors and faculty members. Faculty members use the system to submit and view activity items, while directors review and approve the submitted items and monitor each faculty member's performance. This project focuses on the design and implementation of the task management module within the employee performance management system. It introduces the overall requirements and design of the system, utilizing technologies such as Node.js, React, and Express. In conclusion, the project aims to address the inefficiencies and inaccuracies of the current paper-based system by providing a web-based solution for managing and tracking teacher performance evaluations. Through the implementation of the task management module, the system will streamline the process, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency in evaluating and monitoring faculty performance.
