"基于单片机的远程温度监控系统设计与实现"
Temperature control is a critical aspect in various industries, including chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, food, and laboratories. The temperature directly affects the quality and lifespan of products, making precise and stable temperature control essential in practical applications. With the development of control theory and electronic technology, industrial controllers are becoming increasingly adaptive and intelligent. Among them, using a single-chip microcontroller for temperature control offers simplicity, high accuracy, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. The Temperature Monitoring System based on a single-chip microcontroller, outlined in this study, utilizes the AT89S52 microcontroller as the main control unit and the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 for collecting real-time temperature data. This system is designed as a remote temperature control system, capable of real-time monitoring and displaying the temperature of the object, setting upper and lower temperature limits with buttons, automatic alarm triggering when the temperature exceeds the set range, and controlling the temperature through external devices. The system boasts a novel structure, simple circuitry, and easy control. In conclusion, the Temperature Monitoring System based on a single-chip microcontroller offers a reliable and efficient solution for temperature control in various industries, with its high precision, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness. This system provides a practical and user-friendly approach to monitoring and controlling temperature, ensuring the quality and safety of products across different industries. As technology continues to advance, such systems will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in temperature control applications.
