In the process of electronic circuit design, it is essential to accurately measure the resistance values of photosensitive resistors, especially the light resistance and dark resistance ranges. To address this need, a simple and digitally-operated photosensitive resistor resistance measurement device has been developed. This device is comprised of the STC12C5A60S2 single-chip microcontroller and an LCD1602 display screen. The system includes a measurement circuit, microcontroller interface circuit, and LCD1602 display circuit. The resistance of the photosensitive resistor varies with the intensity of light. Initially, the voltage of the photosensitive resistor under test is transmitted to the microcontroller, then processed, and finally displayed on the liquid crystal display screen. Through the design and practical debugging of the circuit, this system has successfully achieved the measurement of photosensitive resistor resistance based on a single-chip microcontroller, enabling the determination of the light resistance and dark resistance ranges. This device provides a practical solution for accurately measuring photosensitive resistor resistance in electronic circuits.
