单片机温室大棚温度监控系统设计与控制

本设计是基于单片机的温室大棚温度监控系统,以AT89C51单片机为控制核心,并利用温度传感器AD590对蔬菜大棚内的温度进行实时采集与控制,实现温室温度的自动控制。系统包括单片机小系统模块、温度采集模块、加热模块、降温模块、按键以及显示模块六个部分。通过按键设定温室的温度值,采集的温度和设定的温度通过LED数码管显示。当设定的温度值高于采集的温度值时,系统通过加热器加热以达到设定值;反之,开启降温风扇以快速达到降温效果。通过该系统对蔬菜大棚内的温度进行有效可靠的检测与控制,从而保证大棚内的作物在最佳温度条件下生长,提高质量和产量。关键词:单片机、温室大棚、温度控制。 Abstract: The system uses the AT89C51 SCM as the control core, with real-time data acquisition and control using the AD590 temperature sensor for the vegetable greenhouse to achieve automatic temperature control. The system consists of the SCM small system module, temperature acquisition module, heating module, cooling module, keys, and display modules. The temperature value for the greenhouse can be set through the keys, and the collected temperature and the set temperature are displayed through LED digital tubes. When the set temperature value is higher than the collected temperature value, the system heats up with the heater to reach the set value; on the contrary, the cooling fan is turned on to quickly achieve the cooling effect. The system effectively and reliably detects and controls the temperature inside the vegetable greenhouse, ensuring that the crops in the greenhouse grow at the optimum temperature, improving quality and yield.
