The focus is on the design of the wine-making workshop. Sauce-flavored white wine is a traditional Chinese white wine that enjoys wide popularity. The design of a sauce-flavored white wine factory needs to fully consider the selection of production processes and equipment to ensure stable production and controllable quality. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the design of sauce-flavored white wine factories through an introduction to the history, culture, and production process of white wine.
