This design employs structured thinking in software engineering and follows a standard software design process, encompassing feasibility study, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing to develop an online school system. By applying principles of software engineering and software development methods, this paper presents an overview and detailed design of the application. The application is user-friendly, flexible, practical, and secure, catering to the needs of diverse learners. The design background, thought process, implementation methods, innovative features, breakthrough points, user experience requirements, and practical operational status of the online school system are elaborated in detail.
