The servo system is an electrical drive automatic control system composed of mechanical motion driving equipment, servo motors as controlled objects, controllers as cores, and power electronic power conversion devices as executive agencies, guided by automatic control theory. This type of system controls the speed of the electric motor, converts electric energy into mechanical energy, and meets the motion requirements of mechanical equipment. This paper mainly introduces the use of Siemens PLC output analog quantities and servo controllers to achieve precise control of servo motor speed.
