Content Management System (CMS) is an essential tool for enterprises and organizations to promote and publicize themselves through websites. As websites expand, the integration of internal and external networks and branch websites becomes more complex, sometimes requiring a complete reconstruction of the website. In such situations, the emergence of Content Management Systems becomes necessary. This paper discusses the characteristics of Content Management Systems (CMS) and analyzes the current application status of website CMS. It also analyzes the requirements and provides a design of the system's functionality and structure framework. The paper details the analysis of various modules and integrates the use of object-oriented design principles, database connectivity, and other related knowledge. The system designed effectively meets the requirements of reliability, scalability, and reusability. The use of this system significantly reduces the complexity of establishing various types of information websites, providing a convenient and efficient management platform, and real-time content release platform.
