The design of singlechip serial communication transmitter is a crucial part of the application in industrial production processes. With the widespread use of sensors in production and daily life, the use of new single-bus digital temperature sensors can achieve faster development of temperature testing and control. This paper presents the design of a temperature detection and alarm system based on the AT89C51 microcontroller. The system connects multiple single-bus temperature sensors, DS18B20, to a port of the controller. It cyclically collects the temperatures of each sensor and compares the collected temperature values with the set value. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the ISD1420 voice circuit provides a voice prompt and alarm signal. The paper also presents the design method of expanding multiple temperature sensors on a single data line and provides hardware schematics and software flowcharts for system implementation. Experimental tests have shown that the system has high measurement accuracy, strong anti-interference ability, and timely alarms. In conclusion, the design of the singlechip serial communication transmitter plays a significant role in temperature detection and control in industrial production processes. The use of new single-bus digital temperature sensors and the AT89C51 microcontroller provides a faster and more accurate development for temperature testing and control. The experimental tests have proved the effectiveness and reliability of the designed system, indicating its potential for widespread application in industrial settings.
