Based on the PLC, the automatic tablet bottling machine designed in this paper is capable of switching the number of tablets to be filled and automatically counting and bottling them. The paper mainly introduces the overall control system, workflow, hardware system design, and software system design of the automatic tablet bottling machine. The system adopts a Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC to control the automatic tablet bottling machine, realizing functions such as starting/stopping the machine, switching the number of tablets to be filled according to demand, and automatically capping the bottles, as well as real-time display of the number of tablets filled. The automatic tablet bottling machine is divided into four mechanisms: the main driving mechanism, counting mechanism, bottle conveying mechanism, and automatic bottle capping mechanism. Through the linkage of these four mechanisms, the machine completes the entire automated control process of storing, selecting, counting, filling, capping, and delivering bottles. The designed automatic tablet bottling machine features flexible control, high counting accuracy, good reliability, simple control circuits, and strong usability, making it suitable for most automated tablet bottling operations.
