Abstract— Blockchain technology is a kind of distributed
database network, which provides the P2P (Peer-to-Peer) digital
currency transaction mode through the encryption algorithm and
the decentralized mechanism. This paper is to study the appli-
cation of blockchain technology related to industry 4.0, and put
forward blockchain technology in the cooperative development of
power electronic devices. The above application scenario includes
a producer and a number of engineers, and they are trading on
the blockchain. The producer publishes the special requirement
of power electronic device which has a preference considering the
conflicts between different parameters to apply to his certain
industrial scenario. The participants are to design the power
supply topology in accordance with the parameters required by
the producer. When all parameters are satisfied the order of the
producer, it is about to complete the transaction. All participants
are required to provide true data of their topology design models.

I. INTRODUCTION
Internet plus was unveiled as an action plan in the
government work report on March 5, 2015, in China, and will
accelerate the development of Internet and Information
Communications Technology (ICT) industries and push
forward Chinese economy as well. The plan aims to integrate
mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and the Internet of
things (IoT) with modern manufacturing, to encourage the
development of e-commerce, industrial networks, and to help
Internet companies increase international presence. The
Internet plus strategy will change traditional industries and
promote the process of networks convergence since China is
marching towards the information society.
Industry 4.0 introduces the concepts of cyber physical
system (CPSs) and the IoT into industry [1]. CPSs pays
attention to the combination and the coordination between the
computing resources and the physical resources which can
carry on the industrial control, create the digital copies for the
entities and make decentralized decisions. An eco-industrial
park (EIP) refers to an industrial park where businesses
cooperate with each other and, at times, with the local
community to reduce waste and pollution, are to maximize the
sharing of resources (such as information, materials, water,
energy, infrastructure, etc.) and minimize the impact on the
environment while increasing the success of the transaction
simultaneously [2,3]. The implementation of the principles of
Industry 4.0 and EIPs in the industry could be aided by
blockchain technology. Sikorski J J et al. [4] has studied for
blockchain technology in the chemical industry, they replaced
physical machines with physical simulations of industrial
processes in Aspen Plus (AP) [5]. The population of the
decentralized encryption currency (such as Bitcoin) is rising
rapidly and is often viewed as the future development trend.
This kind of new encryption currency system is based on the
blockchain technology. The consensus mechanism of block-
chain is not only a large number of data flow, but also the
calculation of these data. In particular, the data in Bitcoin
include the transactions of users.
The purpose of this paper is to research applications of
blockchain technology for framing a system of collaborative
development and to come up with an example where block-
chain is employed to facilitate the collaborative development of
switching power supply aimed at shortening the design cycle,
