The paper starts from the background and significance, introducing the importance of the Internet in people's lives and the importance of website construction in the era of informatization. In the requirements analysis and feasibility analysis, the functions and development technologies of the website are studied and analyzed in detail to ensure the practicality and feasibility of the website. In the functional analysis and business process analysis, the functions to be implemented and the user usage process of the website are analyzed in detail, providing guidance for the later system design and development. The database design part introduces the database structure, ER diagram, data dictionary, and data flow chart required by the website, laying the foundation for the later system development. In the detailed design and system screenshot part, the specific functions and interface design of the website are displayed.
