General Description
DMARD10 is a ±4g tri-axial digital accelerometer embedded with 10-bit ADC. The features are
optimized for motion applications on smart connected devices like smart phone and tablet. DMARD10
integrate a sensing element and a conditioning CMOS IC in a compact 3×3×1 mm
3
package. The
sensing element is a MEMS device by proprietary piezoresistive technology. The CMOS IC provides
digital interface and interrupt signals with build-in functions.
Features
Tri-axial digital accelerometer with ±4g dynamic range
10 bit ADC embedded with I2C digital interface supporting 400kHz high-speed mode
Flexible sampling rate from below 1 to 100Hz
Temperature sensor for internal compensation and capable of digital output
Low operation voltage from +1.8V to +3.6V with interface voltage from +1.8V to +3.3V
Power consumption for normal mode: 100Hz ODR typical 140uA@3.3V; for standby mode:
typical 8uA
Special low-power mode with current consumption below 60uA
One interrupt pin as the data-ready signal with selectable polarity and open-drain option
Build-in low-pass decimation filter with maximum tap number of 32
5000g shock tolerance
16-pin LGA package with RoHS compliance and lead-free.
Footprint 3mm×3mm, height 1mm
