本系统的研究课题为电脑质量流量计硬件设计,采用 80C51 单片机作为微控制器,并利用 ACD0809 作为模拟信号量的转换芯片。为了扩展 80C51 的容量,系统还使用了2764 做为片外程序存储器的扩展芯片,以及使用 6264 做为片外数据存储器的扩展芯片。此外,系统还扩展了键盘和 LED 静态显示电路,LED 静态显示器采用了 8255 可编程并行接口芯片,并使用了 8253 可编程定时器/计数器做为脉冲的计数器。温度传感器是铂热电阻,可将对温度的测量转换成对电阻阻值的测量。体积传感器则是涡轮流量计,可将对体积的测量转换成脉冲计数。系统的测量原理是通过 8253 对涡轮流量计的脉冲的计数,产生的中断做为系统的运行的根据,根据中断源进行测量与中断源有关的数据并进行对数据的处理与计算。 关键词:芯片、传感器、测量原理、中断 This systemic investigation problem is the design of computer quality flow meter hardware, using the 80C51 microcontroller and ACD0809 as the analog signal conversion chip. In order to expand the capacity of 80C51, the system also uses 2764 as an external program memory extension chip, and 6264 as an external data memory extension chip. Additionally, the system expands the keyboard and LED static display circuit, with the LED static display using the 8255 programmable parallel interface chip and the 8253 programmable timer/counter as the pulse counter. The temperature sensor is a platinum resistance thermometer, which converts temperature measurements into resistance measurements. The volume sensor is a turbine flow meter, which converts volume measurements into pulse counts. The measurement principle of the system is to use the 8253 to count the pulses of the turbine flow meter, with the generated interrupt serving as the basis for the system's operation.
