电子商务下的顺丰速运物流业务分析及优化方案--毕业论文总结

顺丰速运一直本着“成就客户,推动经济,发展民族速递业”的经营理念,积极探索客户需求,不断推出新的服务项目,为客户提供快速、安全的产品流通渠道,同时,帮助客户缩短贸易周期,降低经营成本,提高产品竞争力等,使客户能更快、更好地对市场作出反应。然而,应对快速变化的市场,通过调研发现,顺丰的业务流程存在一定的问题,为更好的发展业务,在此做了业务的分析及重构。 本文首先对现代物流的定义和特征进行阐述,对我国快递业的现状进行了总体的分析,并以顺丰速运公司为例,运用 Swort 分析的方法,综述了基于电子商务与的背景下,顺丰速运业务存在的优势和劣势。最后,本文就顺丰速运物流业务优化提出了可操作的方案,以期促进我国快递物流行业电子商务的健康快速发展。 关键词:顺丰物流、物流业务模式、分析、优化方案 Abstract: SF EXPRESS has been operating on the principle of "achieving customer success, promoting the economy, and developing the national express delivery industry". It actively explores customer needs, continuously introduces new service projects, provides customers with fast and safe product distribution channels, helps customers shorten trade cycles, reduce operating costs, and improve product competitiveness, enabling customers to respond to the market faster and better. However, in response to the rapidly changing market, research has found that there are certain issues in SF's business processes. In order to better develop the business, this article analyzes and reconstructs the business. This paper first defines and describes the characteristics of modern logistics, analyzes the current situation of China's express delivery industry, and takes SF Express as an example. Using the Swort analysis method, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of SF Express business under the background of e-commerce. Finally, this article proposes practical solutions for optimizing SF Express logistics business, in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of e-commerce in China's express logistics industry.
