Based on the analysis of SF EXPRESS's logistics business based on e-commerce, this paper aims to explore the existing problems in the company's business processes and propose feasible solutions for its optimization. SF EXPRESS has always adhered to the operating philosophy of "accomplishing customers, promoting the economy, and developing the national express industry." It actively explores customer needs and continuously introduces new service projects to provide customers with fast and safe product distribution channels. It also helps customers shorten the trade cycle, reduce operating costs, and improve product competitiveness, thereby enabling customers to react faster and better to the market. However, in response to the rapidly changing market, it has been found through research that there are certain problems in SF EXPRESS's business processes. In order to better develop its business, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and reconstruction of its logistics business. Firstly, the definition and characteristics of modern logistics are elaborated, and the status quo of China's express delivery industry is analyzed. Taking SF EXPRESS as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of its business under the background of e-commerce are summarized using the Swort analysis method. Finally, feasible solutions for optimizing SF EXPRESS's logistics business are proposed, in order to promote the healthy and rapid development of e-commerce in China's express logistics industry.
