Based on the document "Design of self clamping tube lamp based on heat transfer substrate lampshade", this design aims to address the problem of slow assembly and lack of simplicity in traditional LED tube lights, which hinders the rapid promotion of LED lighting. The design provides a self-clamping LED tube lamp based on a heat transfer substrate, with a bar-shaped groove on the heat transfer substrate mounting section, allowing the substrate to be clamped in the groove without the need for screws to fix it to the heat sink. This design is specifically targeted at the field of support, hanging, or connecting devices for rational lighting fixtures, providing an efficient and fast assembly method for LED tube lights. A prototype demonstrating the principle was designed and physically created, showing that the desired effect could be achieved without compromising light efficiency. Furthermore, simulations were conducted to examine the impact of different infrared emissivity of oxidized and unoxidized aluminum surfaces on the heat dissipation of lighting fixtures in cases of poor convective cooling. The design only pertains to tube lights. The implementation of this design has contributed to the rapid promotion of LED lighting and has also made a significant contribution to national sustainable development strategies. In conclusion, the self-clamping LED tube lamp based on the heat transfer substrate lampshade is a practical innovation that not only improves the efficiency of LED lighting assembly but also supports sustainability efforts. Key words: self clamping; LED tube lamp; heat transfer substrate.
