Abstract The extensive use of the Internet has brought great convenience to our lives. By integrating new student registration management with the current network technology, using Java technology to build a new student registration system, and realizing the informatization of new student registration, it can play a significant role in further improving the development of new student registration management and enriching the experience of new student registration management. The new student registration system can be widely and comprehensively promoted through the Internet, allowing as many users as possible to understand and become familiar with the convenience and efficiency of the new student registration system. This not only provides services to the public but also promotes itself, allowing more people to learn about it. For new student registration, having its own system for better management and improving its image is crucial. This paper discusses the current situation and trends of the system design, from the design of requirements, structure, database, etc., to the implementation of the system, respectively for administrators and students. The content of the thesis includes the design, description, implementation, analysis, and testing of the system development process. Based on the real situation, a feasible development plan is chosen to implement the system's full functionality using Java programming language and MySQL database. Subsequently, the system is tested to identify any vulnerabilities and test user permissions to perfect the system. In the end, the system is completed to meet the relevant standards.
