The smart ultrasound obstacle avoidance car is a small-sized robot that can complete specific tasks through programming. It has advantages such as low production cost, simple circuit structure, and easy program debugging. Due to its strong interest, the smart car is deeply loved by robot enthusiasts and college students. This paper introduces the design and production of an intelligent car with automatic obstacle avoidance function (referred to as the smart car). The paper provides a detailed analysis and exposition of the scheme selection, design ideas, and the functionality and working principle of the software and hardware of the smart car. Through practical acceptance testing, the circuit structure of the smart car is simple and easy to debug, the system response is fast and flexible, the design scheme is correct and feasible, and all indicators are stable and reliable. Abstract: Smart cars can be programmed to perform a specific task. This paper presents the design and production of a smart car with automatic obstacle avoidance function. The paper analyzes and discusses in detail the scheme selection, design ideas, and the functionality and working principle of the software and hardware of the smart car. The smart car has been tested and proven to have a simple circuit structure, easy debugging, fast and flexible system response, correct and feasible design scheme, and stable and reliable indicators.
