本次毕业设计着重介绍了高炉喷煤喷吹自动化控制系统,不包括煤粉制备过程的控制。控制范围从煤粉仓、中间罐、喷吹罐、喷吹总管、炉前煤粉分派器到喷吹支管的自动控制过程。本次设计仅考虑一种喷煤喷吹序列作为控制对象。设计主要包括课题的背景、由来、意义、重要的工艺类型、国内外高炉喷煤喷吹技术的现状以及对未来发展的展望;详细阐述了所需的传感器、阀门、开关等硬件设备,并重点进行了煤粉从煤粉仓到中间罐的倒罐控制、煤粉从中间罐到喷吹罐的倒罐控制、煤粉从喷吹罐喷到高炉风口中的控制、停止喷吹控制、中间罐和喷吹罐的压力控制、煤粉仓、中间罐及喷吹罐的温度、压力安全连锁控制、喷吹风压力的自动测量等控制项目;并对PLC控制系统的选型、硬件配备的选取、I/O表的编写、硬件接线图的绘制进行了重要的工作。 Abstract The graduation project focused on the automatic control of blast furnace coal injection system, does not include coal grinding process control. The scope of control covers the automatic control process from coal powder warehouse, intermediate tank, injection tank, injection main pipe, to the injection branch pipe in front of the furnace. This design only considers one type of coal injection sequence as the control object. The design includes the background, origin, significance, important process types, current situation of blast furnace coal injection technology at home and abroad, and prospects for future development; detailed description of the required sensors, valves, switches and other hardware equipment, with a focus on the control of the transfer of coal powder from the coal powder warehouse to the intermediate tank, from the intermediate tank to the injection tank, injection of coal powder from the injection tank to the blast furnace tuyere, stop injection control, pressure control of the intermediate tank and injection tank, safety interlock control of temperature and pressure of the coal powder warehouse, intermediate tank and injection tank, and automatic measurement of injection air pressure, among other control projects; and important work on the selection of PLC control system, selection of hardware equipment, programming of I/O tables, and drawing of hardware wiring diagrams.
