Robots are high-tech products that combine mechanical and electronic technologies. The use of robots is an effective means to improve product quality and labor productivity, achieve process automation, improve working conditions, and reduce labor intensity. Robots are automated technical equipment that imitates some functions of the human upper limbs and can transport workpieces or grip tools for operations according to predetermined requirements. Robots can replace heavy manual labor, significantly reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve working conditions, increase labor productivity, and enhance the level of production automation. In industrial production, the handling of bulky workpieces and long-term, repetitive, and monotonous operations can be effectively carried out using robots. Furthermore, robots can operate in high temperatures, low temperatures, deep waters, outer space, radioactive and other toxic and polluted environments, demonstrating their superior performance and immense development prospects. The main focus of this project is to use robots instead of humans for spray painting operations, enabling robots to replace many repetitive manual labor tasks, thereby reducing the labor intensity of workers and increasing production efficiency. By integrating various aspects of design knowledge, one can learn how to identify, solve, and research problems in the design process. Additionally, incorporating one's own ideas and concepts into the design can enhance innovative ability. Efforts are made to make the robot user-friendly and structurally simple.
