This thesis first introduces the significance and current situation of straw returning, and then analyzes the related technologies and market demands, puts forward the specific requirements and goals of the design of straw returning machine. Then, from the perspective of mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation, the overall design ideas and schemes of straw returning machine are elaborated in detail, and the detailed design and calculation of each key component are carried out. Combined with automation technology, the straw returning machine is digitized and optimized to improve efficiency and stability. In the graduation thesis, related experimental research on the straw returning machine is also carried out, and the experimental results are detailed analyzed and summarized. Through the verification of experimental results, the rationality and feasibility of the design scheme are proved. In addition, the performance test and cost analysis of the straw returning machine are also conducted, providing theoretical and data support for its practical application.
