摘 要 「基于at89c51单片机的步进电机控制系统」是一篇大学本科毕业论文,旨在设计并实现一种高效的步进电机控制系统。步进电机作为数字控制系统中的重要执行元件,具有精准控制、起动迅速、停止自锁等特点,在自动控制系统中有着广泛的应用。本文以单片机和环形脉冲分配器为核心,通过软硬件的设计与调试,实现了步进电机能根据设定的参数进行自动加减速控制,达到控制终点而不失步的目标。硬件部分采用了AT89C51单片机作为核心控制电路,包括环形脉冲分配器、键盘显示电路和步进电机的驱动电路等;而软件部分则采用C语言编程,包括键盘显示程序、步进电机的调速程序和停止判断程序等。通过本设计,实现了对步进电机的精准控制,包括正反转、启动和停止,并最终实现了系统的高效、稳定运行。 关键词:步进电机控制系统;调速;单片机 Abstract The "Stepper Motor Control System Based on AT89C51 Microcontroller" is a undergraduate thesis aimed at designing and implementing an efficient stepper motor control system. As an important component in digital control systems, stepper motors have been widely used in automatic control systems due to their precise control, quick start-up, self-locking at stop, and other characteristics. In this thesis, the core of the stepper motor control system is based on the microcontroller and circular pulse distributor, and through the design and debugging of software and hardware, the stepper motor can automatically accelerate and decelerate according to the set parameters, reaching the control end point without losing steps. The hardware part uses the AT89C51 microcontroller as the core control circuit, including the circular pulse distributor, keyboard display circuit, and stepper motor drive circuit; the software part is programmed in C language, including keyboard display program, stepper motor speed control program, and stop judgment program. This design achieves precise control of the stepper motor, including forward and reverse rotation, start-up, and stop, and ultimately realizes the efficient and stable operation of the system.
