The main focus of this design is the analysis of the system's software and hardware design, including the system's hardware wiring diagram, PLC control I/O port allocation table, and overall program flowchart. This design achieves automation in the galvanization production process, which improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and greatly enhances the working environment for the staff. To adapt to modern industrial control systems, the design also uses Configuration King software as the upper computer system, working in conjunction with the lower computer PLC to achieve real-time monitoring of the system, allowing the automated production system to be integrated into the field of modern industrial control.
