基于jsp的物业管理系统研究

County Yi Feng yuan has been using traditional manual management mode, which has low work efficiency and cannot timely understand information in various areas of the community. With the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, improving the work efficiency of property management and providing better services to residents have become issues that property management companies must consider. In order to address this issue, we have developed and designed the property management system for Yi Feng yuan in Lingchuan County, Jincheng city. This system introduces computer management system into the management mechanism, which is of great significance for improving the level and efficiency of managers. The system includes modules such as owner registration, payment queries, parking space viewing, and also includes an online message module for users to communicate with each other. This system is developed in the Windows XP environment, using B/S architecture, SQL as the database development platform, and JSP (JAVA SERVER PAGES) technology. The system is divided into front-end and back-end parts. The front-end is used by users, mainly including functions such as owner registration. The back-end is used by administrators and mainly includes functions such as system user management. Keywords: SQL, management system, JSP.
