In recent years, the rapid development of domestic e-commerce has laid a good environmental foundation for the birth and development of China's Internet Fund. Alipay, in partnership with Tianhong Fund, launched the Internet financial product Yu'e Bao. Leveraging the strong platform resources of Taobao and Alipay, as well as its advantages of low threshold, convenient operation, and higher returns than bank deposits, Yu'e Bao quickly attracted a large number of users and experienced rapid development. This article analyzes Yu'e Bao using literature research methods and data analysis. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part describes the background and significance of Yu'e Bao, and summarizes the literature of domestic researchers in previous years; the second part discusses the current development status of Yu'e Bao from the perspectives of scale, returns, and number of users, and analyzes the characteristics of Yu'e Bao; the third part analyzes the problems existing in the development process of Yu'e Bao; and the fourth part proposes corresponding countermeasures to address the problems currently existing in Yu'e Bao.
