基于单片机的伺服电机转速控制系统设计及PID算法应用

Based on the traditional analog electronic circuit, SCR trigger is mostly composed of discrete components, which makes the hardware equipment of the control loop extremely complex, difficult to install and debug, and has a relatively high failure rate. In view of some deficiencies of the traditional DC drive system of SCR, a design method of servo motor speed control system based on MCU is proposed, and the design of PID control algorithm is introduced. This design uses AT89C52 as the control chip, based on the PI (proportional-integral) control algorithm, generates pulse width modulation signals with controllable duty cycle through software programming, and then controls the armature voltage of the servo motor through power amplification circuit H-bridge drive circuit to adjust the speed of the servo motor, achieving good control performance. At the same time, the servo motor speed set by the 4*4 keypad is input, the servo motor speed is measured by the photoelectric encoder, and displayed on the 4-digit LED.Keywords: DC drive; PID control algorithm; AT89C52; pulse width modulation; servo motor.
