Residents find it troublesome to go out and find maintenance personnel through traditional channels, so we are facing the challenge of designing an information-based repair platform. Winter heating in the north has become a necessity in our lives. Improving the quality of heating is particularly important for us. Most heating maintenance is done by calling maintenance personnel, and the speed is very slow. If a maintenance worker receives repair requests from two residents who are far away at the same time, it will waste time and energy on the road. To avoid such incidents, we can use an online enterprise information-based repair platform to allow residents to easily and quickly log in to the platform to report repairs, so that maintenance personnel of the maintenance company do not need to waste time traveling back and forth. When a region's heating system needs maintenance, we can arrange the appropriate people to do the repairs. This not only saves time but also saves resources and manpower. Heating companies use computers to manage information, which has incomparable advantages over manual management. For example: fast retrieval, easy search, high reliability, large storage capacity, good confidentiality, long life, and low cost. These advantages can greatly improve work efficiency and are important conditions for heating companies to manage the information-based repair system of resident heating systems in a scientific and standardized manner, and to align with the world.
