"红外学习技术在家用电器中的应用研究及产品化推广"
摘要 本文介绍了一种具有红外学习和触屏显示功能的红外遥控器的设计与实现。在红外解码方面,传统方法采用单片机中断或查询方式采集红外信号,但在环境不理想的情况下可能会出现多占空比和红外二极管贯通电流影响的问题。本文通过调试将38KHz载波红外信号的发射距离提高到10米,并进行了红外干扰测试。在触屏校验方面,本文实验获取触屏数据,利用matlab参数估计lsqcurvefit函数求得校正参数,解决了触屏漂移问题。在彩屏显示方面,本文将遥控器所有按键简化为方向键和确认键,虚拟数码管显示按键位置,避免了单片机片上资源紧张的问题。此外,彩屏仅支持16位R5G6B5格式数据,一张176*220图片占用72.6KB空间,造成了极大浪费。本文还探讨了适合本系统的图片压缩技术,并给出了一种具体的图片压缩格式。 关键词:红外学习;红外解码;单片机控制;声卡采样;触屏校验 Abstract This paper introduces the design and implementation of a remote control with infrared learning and touchscreen display functions. In the aspect of infrared decoding, the traditional method uses a single-chip microcomputer interrupt or polling to collect infrared signals, but in an unfavorable environment, there may be problems with multi-duty ratio and the impact of infrared diode conduction current. This paper has increased the transmission distance of the 38KHz carrier infrared signal to 10 meters through debugging and conducted infrared interference tests. In the aspect of touchscreen calibration, this paper experimentally obtains touchscreen data, uses the Matlab parameter estimation lsqcurvefit function to obtain calibration parameters, and solves the touchscreen drift problem. In the aspect of color screen display, this paper simplifies all the keys of the remote control to direction keys and confirmation keys, and virtual digital tube displays the key positions, avoiding the problem of tight resources on the single-chip microcomputer. In addition, the color screen only supports 16-bit R5G6B5 format data, and a 176*220 image occupies 72.6KB of space, causing great waste. This paper also discusses image compression techniques suitable for this system and provides a specific image compression format.
