"红外学习技术在红外遥控器设计中的应用与优化研究"
Abstract: With the increasing variety of household appliances and the popularity of wireless remote control products, the use of infrared remote controls is becoming more and more common. In response to the mature technology of infrared remote control learning in China, but with the low level of productization, this paper independently designs an infrared remote control with learning and touch screen display functions, in order to promote the productization and promotion of infrared remote control learning technology in the domestic market. In terms of infrared decoding, the traditional methods use single-chip interrupt or polling to collect infrared signals, which may require a high duty cycle and be affected by the forward current of the infrared diode in unfavorable environments. By adjusting, the 38KHz carrier infrared signal transmission distance is increased to 10 meters. In terms of infrared reception, infrared interference tests were conducted. In terms of touch screen calibration, touch screen data is obtained through experiments, and calibration parameters are obtained using the Matlab parameter estimation function lsqcurvefit, solving the problem of touch screen drift. In terms of color screen display, all buttons on the remote control are simplified to directional keys and confirm keys, virtual digital displays show key positions, avoiding the problem of resource shortage on the single-chip microcontroller. Additionally, the color screen only supports 16-bit R5G6B5 format data, with a 176*220 image occupying 72.6KB of space, causing significant waste. This paper discusses image compression techniques suitable for this system and provides a specific image compression format.
