摘要:金属板料渐进成形过程中,由于简单夫具和成形零件自身的约束作用,材料在成形工具等高线层上的进给
方向基本没有变形,符合平面应变规律,在此基础上提出厚度余弦分布规律,

坯料初始厚度呈余弦关系.设计并成形了四纽实验零件,验证该规律的有效性.实验证明无论是规则的回转体,还
是不规则的异形体零件,厚度分布都基本符合余弦规律.根据厚度分布的余弦规律,开发了厚度预报软件.
