输出的分配和PLC的选型。在此基础上,设计了控制系统的程序流程图,完成了立体停车库控制系统的设计。在设计过程中,充分考虑了立体停车库的工作环境和使用需求,保证了系统的稳定性和可靠性。通过本文的研究和设计,为立体停车库的控制系统提供了一种可行的解决方案,对于满足市场需求,解决停车难问题具有实际意义。 关键词:立体停车库,PLC,控制系统,程序流程图 Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy, the urban population is increasing day by day, especially since the reform and opening up, China has entered a stage of rapid increase in car ownership rate. The traditional single-layer flat parking lot is increasingly unable to meet the market demand. The construction of a "three-dimensional parking garage" with multiple parking spaces, occupying less space, simple operation, and safe and reliable, is an effective method to solve the current parking difficulties in the urban areas where land is scarce. This paper introduces the working principle of the lifting and transverse moving three-dimensional parking garage, determines the control scheme with PLC as the main control unit, and conducts a detailed analysis of the input and output of the control system, completes the allocation of input and output of the control system and the selection of PLC, and designs the program flow chart of the control system to complete the design of the control system for the three-dimensional parking garage. In the design process, the working environment and usage requirements of the three-dimensional parking garage are fully considered, ensuring the stability and reliability of the system. Through the research and design of this paper, a feasible solution is provided for the control system of the three-dimensional parking garage, which is of practical significance for meeting market demand and solving parking difficulties.
