The graduation thesis from Shenyang Aerospace University, North Institute of Technology, entitled "Design of Computer Speed-regulating Traction System for Cantilever Crane (without counterweight)", focuses on the study of computer control of the crane motor speed regulation to achieve uniform lifting and lowering when the hook is empty or loaded. The paper provides detailed introductions to the starting, speed regulation, and braking of the crane motor, and proposes various speed regulation and braking methods, with a specific emphasis on the use of cascade speed regulation and reverse connection braking to control the motor. Ultimately, the goal is to meet the requirements of uniform lifting and lowering when the hook is empty or loaded, crossing-line parking, and overload parking.
