The MIPI interface physical layers C-PHY and D-PHY are commonly used in modern electronic devices for high-speed communication between components. C-PHY and D-PHY have different characteristics and are suited for different applications. D-PHY is the older of the two interfaces, and is known for its simplicity and low power consumption.
