源逆变器的比例谐振控制

摘
要:将具有独特的
X
型网络的
Z-
源逆变器应用于光伏并网系统,利用逆变器桥臂直通状态实
现直流侧升压。对
Z-
源逆变器的拓扑结构和工作原理进行了详细的分析;根据电网电压定向的控
制策略结合比例谐振控制器,利用改进的空间矢量脉宽调制方法实现了逆变器并网控制,使
Z-
源
光伏并网系统能够动态跟踪光伏电池最大功率点电压,输出电流和电网电压相位,实现单位功率因
数运行和电流波形正弦化。仿真结果表明系统具有良好的静态和动态性能,验证了采用的系统结
构和控制策略的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:
In this paper, the Z-source inverter which has a unique X -type Z-source networkis is applied in
three-phase photovoltaic (
PV)
grid-connected system. The Z-source inverter can utilize the shoot-through
state that simultaneously turns on both power switches in a leg to boost a DC-link
voltage.

control is combined with a modified space vector pulse width modulation and proportional resonant (
PR)
controllers made the Z-source inverter generate a sinusoidal

current in phase with grid voltage. PV
generation system can track the maximum power point of
the
PV
aηay
and transform power to the utility
grid with a unity power factor simultaneously.
To
verify the effectiveness of the analyzed circuit model and
modified space vector PWM technique
, simulation results show the PV generation system , with proposed
control strategy , processes good steady and dynamic performance.
