A microcontroller is an integrated circuit chip that integrates a processor with data processing capabilities through very large-scale technology. With the rapid development of microcontroller technology, it has become an important symbol of a country's modernization level and can achieve intelligent control functions. The topic of this design is "design of a simple digital voltmeter", aiming to assess students' understanding of microcontroller technology, programming capability, and practical application ability. It mainly solves three modules including A/D conversion, data processing, and display control, using AT89C52 microcontroller and ADC0809 chip.
