ABSTRACT
Half a stator winding machine services mainly in the production of plastic
package motor,is a plastic-sealed motors are important in the production aspect,
with the development of production technology of plastic package motor , half a
stator winding machine of mechanical hardware technology and control technology
becomes more and more perfect,as technology improves and socialized production
demands,increasingly high quality requirements are stator winding machine in half.
Design based on PLC+HMI+ servos + step consisting of half a stator winding
machine control system,from hardware and software aspects of the system design
method of stator winding machine control in half. First,this paper introduces the
development of semi-stator winding and stator winding principle and now half a
stator winding machine control system development. Secondly , it introduces the
PLC+HMI+ servo + step consisting of half a stator winding machine control system
hardware design.
Once more , introduces the software design , including the HMI screen
configuration.
Finally,simulation and testing of the system. Results show that the PLC+HMI+
servo + step control system consisting of stator winding machine control in half,and
can achieve the effect of increased productivity,so the PLC+HMI+ servo + step-based
control system consisting of design meets the design requirements.
