The electronic weighing system has gradually emerged, integrating weighing, processing, display, and monitoring functions. This paper introduces the working principle and hardware circuit design of the electronic weighing system, with a focus on software design. The system is designed closely in line with market demand, referencing products from well-known domestic weighing instrument manufacturers and making some new improvements in functional design. The system uses the widely used and mature technology SOC microcontroller C8051F350 as the control core, realizing automatic sampling, processing, and display functions, and can communicate with a host computer through an asynchronous serial port. The measurement function is implemented by sensor circuits core components such as the MAVIN Adlai NA2 sensor, amplification circuits core components such as the OPA27, and the internal 24-bit A/D conversion of the microcontroller; the display circuit adopts an LCD display.
